The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), an international non-profit organization created to guide and enhance the growing field of customer experience management, today announced a number of new members, including SAP America, Inc. as a Gold Sponsor and Vision Critical as a Bronze Sponsor.
Since its founding a little over one year ago, the CXPA has welcomed 1,600 members into its community, and it continues to grow. Based on the success of its recent event in San Diego and several new programs, the CXPA continues to attract customer experience professionals who are looking to share, learn, network, and improve the overall quality of the customer experience management discipline.
