Trump Hotels' New Loyalty Program Offers Personalized, Experiential Perks

The Trump Hotel Collection recently launched the Trump Card, a guest privileges program that seeks to one-up the run-of-the-mill benefits offered by the majority of hotel loyalty programs. In addition to individually customized benefits, Trump Hotels’ most loyal guests will reap “Live the Life” experiential benefits: Offerings may range from a private dinner prepared by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a round of golf at any of the acclaimed Trump courses around the world or a weekend stay at the spectacular Trump Mar-a-Lago Club.

“The Trump Card Privileges Program takes personalization and customization to an entirely new level for our loyal guests,” says Jim Petrus, chief operating officer of Trump Hotel Collection. “Our research shows that people are looking for a highly tailored guest experience. They want to know and feel that it’s about them, to be remembered from one visit to the next, and that’s what we’re delivering. This program will absolutely provide the best guest experience in the industry.”
